Path to Success
Success isn't as straight forward as it's commonly portrayed. I'm sure you've seen this meme around:
This isn't the place to cover success as a whole, but it's important that you take a look in the mirror and find what it means to you. Regardless, this book isn't about making you successful. It's about sharing the tools that allowed me and my teams to be successful under our own criteria.
What drives me is building things. As big as possible, as fast as possible. I'm very curious and easily interested. The more out of my comfort zone I am, the better, as it will present the best opportunity to overcome difficult problems and learn from the journey. The collaboration between people, the personal growth of the individuals under me/next to me and overcoming things we didn't know were possible is my definition of success. It's the high I chase, the satisfaction I take home.
